What You Can Expect From Me
I believe true healing begins by understanding the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.
My approach is guided by these principles:
I listen because the details matter.
Every person’s story contains valuable clues.
I believe one of the most important parts of my work is taking the time to truly listen. As you share your health history, symptoms, concerns, and experiences, I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, take detailed notes, and look for patterns that may have been overlooked.
Often, it is within those details that the most important clues begin to emerge.
I educate rather than dictate.
I want you to understand your body and your health—not simply follow instructions. My goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can confidently participate in your own healing journey.
I investigate before I recommend.
Rather than simply addressing symptoms, I work to uncover possible underlying contributors through careful history-taking, thoughtful observation, laboratory findings when appropriate, and clinical reasoning.
I individualize rather than standardize.
No two people are exactly alike. Your health history, lifestyle, genetics, nutrition, stressors, and goals are uniquely yours.
Your healing plan should be too.
I trust the body’s remarkable, God-given ability to move toward healing when it is given the nourishment, support, and conditions it needs to thrive.
While no practitioner can promise specific outcomes, I believe the body possesses an incredible capacity for restoration when obstacles to health are addressed and appropriate support is provided.
Helping you connect the dots… so your body can do what it was wonderfully designed to do: heal.
Your Comprehensive Health Assessment
Approximately 90 Minutes • $225
Your first appointment is designed to help me gain a thorough understanding of your health history, current concerns, and goals. This visit lays the foundation for your personalized healing plan.
Depending on your individual needs, your assessment may include:
- Review of your Personal Health Intake Questionnaire and medical history
- Iridology (iris analysis)
- Urine and saliva pH screening
- Review of your current medications and supplements
- Discussion of your nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and health goals
Additional assessments—such as muscle response testing or face, tongue, nail, and sclera observations—may be incorporated during future visits if they would provide meaningful information for your individual case.
Before Your Appointment
To help us make the best use of our time together, please return your completed intake paperwork at least one week before your appointment, if possible.
I carefully review your paperwork before we meet so our appointment can focus on understanding your health rather than completing forms.
Please also bring:
- Copies of any recent laboratory results
- A complete list of your medications and supplements (and bring the supplement bottles with you)
- Any questions you’d like to discuss
After Your Assessment
After your appointment, I begin building your personalized Phase 1 Healing Plan.
During this time, I carefully analyze your case, review any laboratory findings, prepare your individualized reports, and develop recommendations specifically tailored to your unique health history, needs, and goals.
Your Phase 1 Healing Plan is thoughtfully created from the ground up specifically for you.
I don’t pull a file off a shelf or rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. Every recommendation is carefully considered based on your unique health history, goals, laboratory findings, and the many details you shared with me during your assessment.
Because each healing plan includes individualized reports, educational materials, recommendations, and careful preparation, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for completion.
Quality, thoughtful care takes time, and I sincerely appreciate your patience while I prepare your personalized healing plan.
Additional Testing
Sometimes your Comprehensive Health Assessment provides enough information to begin your healing journey immediately.
In other cases, additional testing may help us better understand the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.
Depending on your individual needs, I may recommend:
- Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
- Additional blood work
- Specialized laboratory testing
- Genetic testing, which may provide valuable insights into nutrient metabolism, detoxification pathways, methylation, inflammation, and other factors that can help personalize your healing plan
Any testing recommendations will always be discussed with you beforehand.
Together, we’ll determine which tests, if any, would provide the most meaningful information while respecting your health goals and budget.
Phase 1 Healing Plan Review/Follow-up Appointment
Approximately 90 Minutes • $190
Once your personalized Phase 1 Healing Plan has been completed, we’ll meet again to carefully review your reports, recommendations, and next steps.
During this appointment we’ll discuss:
- Your assessment findings and reports
- The reasoning behind my recommendations
- Nutrition and lifestyle priorities
- Supplement recommendations (when appropriate)
- Any recommended laboratory testing
- Your questions and concerns
My goal is for you to leave this appointment with confidence, clarity, and a clear understanding of your healing plan.
Future follow-up appointments will be scheduled as needed to monitor your progress, celebrate your successes, and make thoughtful adjustments as your health continues to improve.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of walking alongside you on your healing journey.
I look forward to listening to your story, helping you connect the dots… so your body can do what it was wonderfully designed to do: heal.
With gratitude and blessings,
